REFUND POLICY — GRETACOS / PRIDELANDAS
All purchases made through the Pridelandas platform are final. Refunds may only be issued under the following strictly defined conditions:
1. Duplicate Payment
If a customer is charged more than once for the same order, we will immediately process a refund for the duplicated transaction.
2. Technical System Failure
If a digital item or service fails to deliver due to a platform-side technical error, the customer may request redelivery or a refund.
3. Non-Delivery of Services
In cases such as event cancellations or failure of GRETACOS to provide a purchased service, customers are entitled to a refund.
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

By accessing or using the Pridelandas platform, website, or associated services, the user agrees to the terms listed below:
1. Acceptable Use
Users must not participate in illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or unauthorized activities on the platform.
2. Intellectual Property
All music, videos, images, scripts, designs, branding elements, written content, digital products, and visual assets associated with GRETACOS, HUZIEL, or PRIDELANDAS remain the exclusive property of GRETACOS.
No content may be copied, modified, resold, or redistributed without formal written authorization.
3. Purchases & Billing
Users must provide accurate and valid billing details when making purchases. All transactions are processed securely through approved gateways.
4. Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and activity on their accounts.
5. Limitation of Liability
GRETACOS is not liable for data loss, misuse, or service interruptions caused by external providers or user negligence.
6. Policy Updates
GRETACOS may update these terms as necessary. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updates.
