REFUND POLICY — GRETACOS / PRIDELANDAS
All purchases made through the Pridelandas platform are final.
Refunds are only issued for:
- Duplicate payments
- Technical failure from our system
- Non-delivery of services such as event cancellations
Refund requests must be made within 7 days. Processing takes 5–10 business days.
